Creative, Digital-Obsessed Intern Wanted!

We’re Ginger Agency — a boutique marketing agency that works with clients in the marine, superyacht, and luxury lifestyle sectors.

We’re looking for a creative intern or junior to join our team for 3 months (with the potential chance to extend)

Intern Role

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll support our Account Managers with the day-to-day buzz of agency life across 15+ clients. The job would include:

Designing social media graphics
Creating short-form videos & Reels
Helping run and grow client social media accounts
Shooting photo & video content on-site
A bit of admin to keep everything ticking along

What we’re looking for:

We don’t expect loads of experience, but you should be able to show us that you’ve got the skills or potential. Maybe you’ve done similar things at uni, on your own socials, or for a side hustle — we love that.

You:

Are creative, curious, and full of ideas
Know your way around social platforms and basic design/video tools
Can see the potential in AI and have even started to integrate in your work already
Have a genuine interest in marketing, content, and brand-building
Can work at least 3 days a week*
Are happy working independently as there is only 1 person in the office and often you will be on your own**
